Ingredients:
- 4 lemons with its rinds
- 4 whole garlic heads (40 cloves)
- small ginger root (3-4 cm) or 2 tablespoons of ginger powder
- 2L of clean water
Instructions:
First, wash the lemons and cut them into pieces. Next, peel the garlic cloves and put them in a blender, along with the lemons and ginger. Mix well until you get a homogenous mixture. Transfer the resulting mixture in a metal bowl and add 2L water. Heat until it starts boiling. Remove the mixture from heat just before it starts to boil. Allow it to cool down. Strain through a medium-thick sieve and place the mixture in a glass bottle.
How to Use it:
Consume one glass (2dl) on daily basis, two hour before a meal on an empty stomach. Store the drink in your fridge. From this recipe you can have drink for three weeks. After that, you need to make one-week pause, and then continue with the same procedure.
